I was looking at needing a new heat pump for my spa with pricing around $1300 upwards, my pump had several issues. WA Rewind suggested repairing might be the best option. The guys had my pump for some time as they needed to get a data cable in to complete testing, their customer service wasn't great but not bad either, standard trade sales. I rated 5 stars and would recommend Rewind because they were able to fix my pump with only charging a labour fee which saved me $$$$. They knew i was prepared to purchase a new pump and therefore i was expecting an inflated quote saying you need this part and because of this we need to charge this ect ect. In the end i think this was an easy fix for them but they did the righty which so many don't.

I just had my pool pump fixed by these guys. I phoned them up in the morning and explained the problem- the gentleman (I have forgotten his name) said it was probably a full "redo". He gave me a fixed price. I bought the pump in. A gentleman started to talk to me. I explained the issue and then a gentleman (the one who's name I can't remember) came out of the office shook my hand and said "are you Alan?". Unparalleled customer service. I have just refitted the pump and it is perfect. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. Wonderful!

2/11 Update on the review below and hence the change in the rating. I managed to deal with a different person and wow, how this has changed the customer service. My wife went back to pick the pump up and said everyone was really friendly. Unfortunate that the initial rating had to be based on the one persons attitude to a customer, but I am reversing the initial feedback of one star on the basis that the feedback had been taken seriously and addressed immediately! Worst customer service this side of the equator. Pump was bought under warranty, was told turnaround to inspect would be 24 hours. Started shouting at me for not bringing the basket in, then calmed down after realizing he had a basket behind him he could use. Phoned 3 days later as had no response and demanded a job number, which he never gave me as he couldnt switch the pc on when I brought it in. Exceptionally rude response was 'we will look at it today; and then put the phone down.
