The SHEQ Management Manual is embraced by management and employees alike. Induction training of new employees ensures they are trained in the System as they join the Company.

All employees are responsible for the quality of their own work but are supported by Supervisors and documented procedures, where required. Management fully endorses this Quality Policy and the SHEQ Management Manual that has been implemented.

WA Rewind is committed to all safety regulations, environment control and quality of works delivered. Each project undertaken by our Company is subjected to the following plans before any works begin: Quality Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan, WHS Management Plan.

Motor Rewind — Plutonic Gold

  1. Dismantle motor and remove heat exchanger; clean core and clear red dust.
  2. Remove rotor, stator, end shields, slip rings, and brushes for inspection and cleaning.
  3. Machine clean slip rings, replace brushes, and check insulation on stator and rotor.
  4. Revarnish windings, fit new bearings, and align rotor with end shields.
  5. Replace sealing rubbers, test operation, paint, and package for transport.
